Exterior: The roof is weathered with soft spots/patches along the rear right edge. The front left subfloor is torn/exposed. The exterior kitchen compartment is missing all framing/accessories, and the top edge of the door is filled with spray foam. Delamination in various locations around the body. The front left corner is torn open with plywood exposed.
Interior: The front wall/flooring is water-damaged. The bedframes, furniture, and shower have been removed. Cracks in the entry door, the screen door is missing, and exposed wiring in various locations. See pictures for condition.
