Exterior: The slideout flooring is water-damaged/soft on the rear corner. The original fold-out entry steps have been removed (with the unit), and retractable entry steps have been installed. The mini fridge is missing from the rear compartment. Scratches and scuffs in areas around the body.
Interior: Screw holes in the entryway flooring from previous steps. The rear portion of the slideout flooring is soft/water-damaged. The bunkroom flooring is secured with staples on the rear right. The dinette furniture and a section of trim along the right side of the slideout are missing. Light stains in the flooring, and wear on wood trims/cabinetry in areas. View photos for details.
