Exterior (Updated): Delamination on the left side. The roof is poorly patched and is soft in multiple places. The right rear slide-out underside is water damaged. Missing the awning brackets and the entry staircase is broken. Multiple areas of sealant have been applied around joints and trim. The hot water heater has been covered with plywood.
Interior: Carpet is stained and also peeled up in the living room. The rear floor is sagging in the left corner and the right wall water damaged. See pictures for cosmetic blemishes.
