Exterior: The front of the unit is delaminated and there's also delamination in the rear under the window A/C. The front entry staircase is damaged. The front entry door had been pried open. See pictures for cosmetic blemishes.
Interior: Water-damaged floor at the front entry, and at the second entry door through the bathroom to living area. The front slide-out is sagging in the center.
