2007 Cobalt 250 powered by a Volvo Penta 8.1 engine.
Insurance Loss: Freshwater submersion.
Exterior: Hull damage, as shown.
Interior: The windshields, engine hatch covers, bimini top, and seat mounts are broken and/or bent.
Mechanical: The engine arrived with water in the crankcase and had been drained/pickled. The boat is receiving no power to the console or engine. Unable to start due to electrical issues.
