Exterior: Missing a lower window pane on the rear right slideout. The rear left side is delaminated/soft. The front end is faded, crack/dent in the rear left, and scratches/dings in various locations around the body.
Interior: The screen door latch mechanism and recliners are missing. Cabinet door on the pantry is damaged, the couch upholstery is worn/peeling, and stains in the carpets. Nicotine odor/stains.
Mechanical: The toilet water line is disconnected (unable to reconnect). Drained only for winterization. No keys or battery. One propane tank is missing.
