Description
2013 Newmar King Aire 4588 powered by a 600hp Cummins ISX diesel engine on a Spartan K3 chassis that runs and drives with 159,714 miles. This luxury coach features three slide-outs, a full master suite, bath & 1/2, kitchenette, and a diesel generator that shows 2,499 hours.
Exterior: The windshield seal is peeling. Small cracks in the lower rear corners, bumper, and above the rear right compartment door. Scratches and scuffs in various locations around the body.
Interior: The ceiling panels above the front seats are soft, water-damaged, and sagging. Crack in the entryway flooring and wear on slideout area flooring. Light stains in the carpets. See pictures for details.
Mechanical: The generator turns over, but does not start. The power sliding generator compartment does not open. The engine batteries seem weak and may require replacement.
