Exterior: Water damage in the rear slide-out wall and floor with the lower corner seam split open. The slide-out roof has been sealed in the rear. Missing plumbing vent caps. Soft spots in the front right storage compartment.
Interior: Holes in the entry from a previously installed staircase. Stains on the bathroom floor and in the slide-out carpet. Soft area in the rear of the slide-out, consistent with exterior damage. The bed frame is loose from the floor. The thermostat is missing. See images for additional details.
