Exterior: Damage to the fenders and skirting. The entry screen door is torn, and the latch is broken. The refrigerator access door is missing. Sun faded with scratches and dings in areas around the body.
Interior: The entry door does not close properly. The bathroom flooring is soft and water-damaged.
