Exterior: Awning is missing. Decals are faded on the front. Screw holes in the fiberglass as pictured. The belly pan is damaged on the left side. The left taillight is broken. Emergency window is hanging open and was taped down. The roofing membrane has small tears along the left side. Soft spots around the rear right corner of the roof.
Interior: Odor throughout. Oven door is broken. Heavy wear to cabinets, walls, and trim. Dining set is missing its cushions and table. The rear wall is soft with a few holes in the bottom corners. Slide-out has soft flooring.
