Description
2012 Forest River Wildwood Heritage Glen Lite 346QBUD featuring three slide-outs, dual entry, a front bedroom, a bath and a half, kitchen with dining area, an exterior kitchen, and a bunkroom.
Exterior: Decals are faded and peeling. Front left slide-out does not function. A few small cracks in the fiberglass on the front edge. The top and bottom right corners of the front left slide-out have cracks in the fiberglass. Wires hanging down under the rear-right. The awning is worn, and the rear support arm is damaged. The front-most window on the right is hanging loose in its frame. Delamination on the right side of the front left slide-out, along the rear panel, to the left of the mid-left slide-out, and multiple spots along the right side. Soft spots on the underside of the middle and rear left slide-outs, both rear corners of the roof, and the roof of the middle left slide-out.
Interior: Flooring replaced in the mid-left slide-out. Carpet peeling to the right of the master bed. Stains in the carpets, and wear to cabinets, trim, and flooring. Stain in the flooring near the kitchen sink. The flooring is soft in both entryways and in the bunk room. The rear wall is soft. Previous pet(s).
