Description
2018 Forest River Work And Play 30WCR equipped with a master bedroom, an electric loft bed, full bathroom, kitchenette, and a Cummins Onan RV QG 4000 generator with 60.1 hours.
Exterior: The front compartment doors are loose and secured with tape with a crack between the center and left compartments. The awning is torn on the left side, and the support bar is secured with zip ties. The graphics are faded/removed. Scratches and dings in various locations around the body.
Interior: The refrigerator door hinges are broken, tear in the cargo bay area flooring between the sofas, excessive adhesive around the left cargo area window, and the entry steps are disconnected. The bathroom ceiling is missing trim (loose/hanging panels). Scuffs/wear on wood trims and cabinetry. See pictures for details.
Mechanical: No keys. The electric loft bed does not operate. The generator turns over, but unable to test further due to low fuel (operating condition unknown).
