The property is Level and Fully Buildable. Only Site built homes and mobile homes are allowed on this property. Mobile homes built on 1976 or newer are the ones allowed. RVs are permitted only for 14 days out of the 3 months. The county permits you to camp longer if an ongoing construction/building is happening on the lot.
Power/Utilities: Water would be by well, and septic systems are used in the area for sewage. Power and Telephone along County roads on the east and west sides of the subdivision. There are currently no utilities on the lots. There is also no septic system. Solar and Generators Are Common in This Part of the Country because of the High Number of Sun Days. Propane is the Most Common Heat Source in the Area.
WATER: You can fill a 500-gallon tank at the Alamosa Water Dept. Water wells are allowed by state permit. The sewer would be by septic – when you build.
