THENCE: Following the river, N 78° 12′ 42″ W for 139.80 feet and then N 31° 54′ 54″ W for 102.96 feet to the southwest corner of the tract;
THENCE: N 49° 57′ 20″ E for 2274.52 feet to the northwest corner of the tract and the Point of Beginning at the northwestern corner of the above referenced tract and containing 11.00 acres of land, more or less.
