You have claimed that the status that we have now that I wanted to sell this property through you is not able to because of the shape it is in. So being that it is so condemned we need to either issue me another or I really don’t see to continue to pay for it because they are looking to demolish itEither I should be refunded, issue it to me anyway, or exchange it for something not condemned tor something not to be demolised.

My first experience with this company and, so far, pleasantly surprised. Sceptically, I bid only ONCE! Twenty four hours later I got an email saying “congratulations”. Of course I didn’t think I’d won property with the bid I placed so I called(yes, real people answered!), spoke with Eva. She filled me in on the process and further steps for completing the transaction. And today I get an email about 10%off of next purchase with them! Seriously, I’m waiting for the other shoe to drop. It has to be a catch somewhere, but so far I think I’m going to be using my 10% discount offer.
